Favorite Things About the Carolinas

I have lived in North Carolina all my life until I enlisted in the Marine Corps back in 1999. I lived in Monterey, CA for about a year and then lived in Laguna Beach, CA for about 6 months. It was a fun for the first month or so but it just never felt like 'Home.'

About 4 years ago I moved to Charlotte to begin my civilian life. I became a bartender while I searched for the right career path for me to follow. I have been involved with real estate for more than 2 years now and I can honestly say that I see myself doing this for the rest of my life.

In fact I can see myself living in Charlotte for the rest of my life for many reasons. I like living in a big city but yet at the same time this is still a small town. I like the season changes that the weather has to offer. It's never too hot and it's never too cold but there is distinction between each of the 4 seasons. And I also like living in Charlotte because I can surf during the Summer months at the Beach which is just 4 hours away. Or I can snowboard in the Winter months in the Mountains just 2 hours away.
